Pan-India · Tender & Bid Funnel

Where the money is moving — and how to win it.

A working map of India's tender landscape for contractors, OEM dealers and service firms: every national programme with a live pipeline, the complete channel list to reach them, the buyer groups that outsource what you already do, and the compliance pass that decides whether your bid survives the first scrutiny.

Led by a project-management engineer with over a decade of delivery across defence aviation, healthcare and industrial facilities programmes: SAR 50M+ (₹125+ crore) of projects completed on time and under budget, 500,000+ sq ft of critical healthcare operations held at 98% uptime, 22% energy cost reduction, 40% faster international procurement, a 30% efficiency gain through CMMS-led maintenance, and a 100% injury-free record across 800+ daily occupants. The same delivery discipline now runs your bid.

Section 01

The 11 flagship project pipelines

Eleven national programmes with continuous packages, repeat operation-and-maintenance cycles and multi-year pipelines. Each line names the sponsoring body, the live tender channel, the packages that match facility management, MEP, medical gas, vertical transport, power generation and LPG scopes, and the position on the last date of application.

Cut-offs, not programmes, are what you actually compete against. These eleven pipelines do not run one annual round — they issue packages continuously, each with its own last date of application inside the NIT. Every card below therefore carries the same discipline: take the current cut-off from the official listing named in the card, and work backwards from it.

The complete tender funnel

Coverage: national, PSU, defence, 36 state and UT portals, urban bodies, health and education, sector infrastructure, aggregators and multilateral lenders. Government portals frequently block automated traffic and non-Indian IP ranges, so a page may refuse to load from a server while opening normally in your browser. Every link below is the official destination for that organisation's tenders.

The 14-point compliance pass

Run this on every bid before the document fee is paid. Each point has disqualified a qualified bidder somewhere in India this year.

  1. PQ and eligibility mapping before the document fee - never bid a tender you cannot technically clear.
  2. Turnover, net worth and similar-work thresholds read against the exact financial year the buyer accepts.
  3. OEM authorisation, dealership or channel letter secured before the pre-bid date, not after.
  4. Preliminary agreement, consortium or JV structure drafted when single-bidder capacity falls short.
  5. Experience certificates matched clause-by-clause - services listed in the exact buyer language.
  6. BOQ line-item checks against the published schedule - no under or over quantities carried forward.
  7. Rate build-up stress-tested for reverse auction, L1 cut and any price-escalation clause.
  8. EMD, e-PBG and performance-security capability confirmed against the payment schedule.
  9. Annexure-by-annexure rejection sweep - the single most common silent disqualifier.
  10. Technical write-up scored against every sub-criterion with a numbered evidence index.
  11. Compliance sheets, deviations and assumptions register prepared for pre-bid submission.
  12. Manpower, tooling and mobilisation plan costed into the bid, not discovered at award.
  13. Statutory documents - GST, PF, ESI, labour licence, MSME/Udyam - current on submission day.
  14. Portal-side submission drill completed before the cut-off, with the bid hash and attachment checklist retained.
Section 05

How we work with you

  1. Send one live tender - the NIT, the BOQ and the eligibility clauses.
  2. We return a bid-readiness review: eligibility verdict, rejection risks, annexure gaps, rate sanity.
  3. If it is winnable, we build the submission - PQ file, technical write-up, compliance sheets, BOQ build-up.
  4. If it is not winnable, we say so plainly and tell you which tender to target instead.
  5. On award, we stay through mobilisation, contract compliance and the first billing cycle.
The first bid-readiness review is free. One live tender, one honest verdict — no sales call, no obligation.

Method & verification

Compiled and link-verified by automated HTTP checks against every listed destination. Channels marked as bot-protected resolved correctly in a standard browser session but refuse automated requests — a normal and expected behaviour for Indian government procurement portals.

Contact routes. This document deliberately carries no email address and no phone number. Initial contact and the bid-readiness review are arranged through LinkedIn messaging at linkedin.com/in/aamirzameer, or by commenting the word BID on the distributed post.
